With its 100 percent softwood furnish, Candesce Cupstock delivers superior strength as well as exceptional forming and sealing. Continual on-line monitoring during production of Candesce Cupstock helps ensure that every shipment of Candesce Cupstock is contaminant-free. Manufactured to precise caliper and coatings, Candesce Cupstock provides run-to-run consistency, maximizing predictability and throughput while dramatically reducing downtime. Candesce Cupstock is available either as clay-coated or non-clay-coated, and each can be ordered for hot or cold applications.

Candesce Cupstock can be purchased as base stock for your own extrusion, or it can be polyethylene extruded on one or both sides at our mills. Polyethylene is available in a wide range of applications, starting at ½ mil, and in matte and mirror finishes. Optional flame treatment of the print-side polyethylene allows for consistent ink adhesion without detriment to sealing.

Candesce Cupstock is available in calipers ranging from 10.8 pt. to 23 pt.

The three-ply, 100 percent softwood furnish we use in our GablePak line—plus efficient sizing—delivers rugged performance from shipping to shelf. For applications where graphics really matter, we've created Candesce GablePak Gold, whose ultrasmooth, clay-coated surface is perfect for high-quality printing and eye-grabbing point-of-purchase appeal.

Candesce GablePak and GablePak Gold can be purchased as base stock or polyethylene-extruded in matte and mirror finishes in application rates ranging from ½ mil (7.2 lbs/3 msf) to over 2 mils. Optional flame treatment of the print-side polyethylene allows for consistent ink adhesion without detriment to sealing.

Candesce GablePak and GablePak Gold are available in calipers ranging from 13.5 pt. to 27 pt.

Candesce Aseptic: Barrier coated for longer shelf life.

Candesce Aseptic liquid packaging board is designed for products requiring an extended shelf life as well as nonrefrigerated aseptic applications—including juices, milk products, and more. Candesce Aseptic's long fiber length maximizes crack resistance, which protects against contaminants. And our three-ply, 100 percent softwood furnish provides superior strength with excellent bending and folding characteristics. In addition to our standard uncoated products, we also offer clay-coated grades for enhanced print quality.

Candesce Aseptic is available in a range of calipers for 250-ml to 1-liter (quart) volumes.
